InfraHub is an online community whose purpose is to support the digital agenda and knowledge sharing with regard to infrastructure, transport and the construction industry.

Sund & Bælt Holding A/S – subsequently abbreviated to Sund & Bælt – is responsible for www.infrahub.net. This privacy policy explains how we handle your personal information in connection with our website.

InfraHub enables visitors to be active contributors to the website. You have the opportunity to submit content in the form of articles, news, blog postings and videos that can be published on the page. You can also take part in debates about published content. This discussion takes place on an external media platform, LinkedIn, via the Infrahub group.

Your membership of InfraHub

If you wish to become a contributor to InfraHub at www.infrahub.net, we request that you submit your article, blog post, news and/or video.

Sund & Bælt wishes to convey your identity to its readers and to credit you as author. You will therefore be created as a user on the page under your own published content where you will appear under your name, title, place of employment and profile picture.

We process the following categories of personal information about you:

  • Name*, title*, place of employment* and profile picture*.

  • Directly from you
  • Online sources, e.g. social media that is publicly available.

Processing basis

We process your personal information as described based on the following processing basis:

  • GDPR Article 6.1.b (necessary for the performance of an agreement to which you are party).

Recipients

We can share your personal information with:

  • Group InfraHub on LinkedIn
  • Other users of the site as well as suppliers, including IT suppliers, with whom we collaborate to support the website and to optimise your user experience, or other transfer of content on the website.

Storage

We store personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned:

  • Your publications will be stored for up to two years after the date of publication.
  • We will delete your personal information from the date we receive your request, if you no longer wish to be published on www.infrahub.net

Personal information is collected through the use of our website. We use this information to optimize user experience on our website and media platforms. Please see our cookie policy. We use LinkedIn as a discussion-based platform where users can discuss and comment on content published at www.infrahub.net.

  • Up to 6 months from the final response to the inquiry.

3. Transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA

In special cases, we may transfer your personal information to countries outside the EU/EEA (USA). Transfers to these third countries will only be for specific purposes as mentioned under section 2, and we will always ensure that there are necessary guarantees in place for a transfer to a country outside the EU/EEA.

The transfers will be made under the Privacy Shield scheme agreed between Europe and the USA. You may obtain a copy of the transfer basis by contacting us at persondata@sbf.dk.

Information marked with * is obligatory. If you do not provide this information, we can neither send newsletters to you nor publish your content at www.infrahub.net.
